The client

Shermel A. Jeffers Chandwani founded SAJ Interior Designs & Real Estate Services in St. Kitts & Nevis on January 1, 2015, after a career in banking, mortgage financing and financial services. SAJ was named Best Luxury Boutique Real Estate Consultancy in St. Kitts & Nevis (Luxury Lifestyle Awards, 2024), listed in the Top 100 Real Estate Brokers of the World for 2024, and recognised in 2025 by the Global Elite Awards.

The goal

In luxury real estate, buyers — many of them overseas — research the agent before they trust them with a purchase. Shermel wanted a profile that explained what makes SAJ different: property expertise combined with real financial guidance.

What we did

We built the story around her move from banking into real estate and how that background lets SAJ guide clients through financing — introducing them directly to the banks that fit their needs — as well as her awards and the portfolio she has grown.
