Live on Real Estate TodayThe client
Daniel W. Sharpe has spent more than forty years in design, construction and real estate development: running his own fence company at twenty-one, a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida, commercial development consulting for retailers including Home Depot, and Senior Vice President of site development and construction at a national retail developer. Abroad, he built a club restaurant in the UAE and led a seven-country team delivering a high school campus in Vietnam on time and on budget.
The goal
Sharpe's new venture, Sharpe Group, Inc., brings AI into commercial real estate. He needed the industry to see the builder behind it — someone who has run job sites, not just a tech founder — so the pitch for AI in CRE would land with people who build.
What we did
We told the story as a builder's life that keeps reinventing itself, arriving at 'AI Arbitrage' — using existing AI tools to fix inefficiencies in CRE workflows — and his platforms GrowthWatch AI and AI Leasing Agent, anchored in his motto, Make Things Happen. We wrote it to editorial standard, Sharpe approved every word, and we placed it with Real Estate Today.
The result
The feature is live on Real Estate Today as "From Groundbreaking to Code-Breaking: How Daniel Sharpe Is Redefining Real Estate with AI" (October 29, 2025) — in the trade publication his audience actually reads.
